- Timeframe: You must request a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, packed or sealed condition. We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

As per our current service model, Faza Shop focuses on replacements to ensure you receive the quality product you expected. We do not offer monetary refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

At this time, there are no exceptions to this policy. All returns must meet the criteria of being in original, sealed packaging within the 30-day window.
